Hotel Policies

Guarantee Policy
To guarantee your reservation, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking.

Deposit Policy
You may also guarantee your stay by making a bank deposit to the following account:

The required deposit to confirm the reservation corresponds to one night of accommodation.

The reservation will be confirmed once the payment receipt has been received and validated.

Cancellation Policy
To avoid charges, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the arrival date.

Cancellations made outside this period will incur a charge equivalent to one night of accommodation.

No-Show Policy
In case of no arrival on the scheduled check-in date, a charge equivalent to one night of accommodation will apply.

Extra Person Policy
Rates are based on double occupancy.
From the third adult in the same room, an additional charge of USD $18 per person, per night, will apply.

Child Policy
Children up to 11 years old are considered minors. Guests aged 12 and over are charged the adult rate.

In rooms with a maximum capacity of four guests, a stay of two adults and up to two children under 12 years old sharing the same room is permitted.

Pet Policy
Pets are accepted upon prior request and with an additional charge.
Restrictions may apply.

Overbooking Policy
If our hotel is unable to provide the contracted accommodation service, we will arrange suitable alternatives that are equal to or better than the originally agreed benefits.
